Search Became Much More Powerful!

The dx0 search functionality, available both on the agent and the user interface, has been significantly enhanced. Users can now conduct searches within specific folders, utilize regular expressions, and perform negative searches. The screenshot below illustrates how to identify all flows that do not include the term "CustomerPriority." This capability can assist in locating various elements within your organization, such as specific Apex patterns, flows containing particular formulas, and hardcoded user IDs within flows. Enjoy!

New chat commands!

You can now type "/" in the chat to instantly access the most common follow-up actions we've seen them use. If the agent's answer is more technical than you'd like, the "/simplify" command rewrites it in plain English in seconds so anyone on the team can understand it. Prefer scannable information? The "/table" command reformats the last answer as a clean table.
